Whatforms of payment do you accept? We accept cash, cheque and now secure credit card payment through Square.
What do you use to clean the bathroom and kitchen? We use various environmentally friendly cleaners including vinegar, baking soda, castile soap and lemon to clean most surfaces in your home. Steam is also used sometimes.
What are your hours of operation? Our standard hours of operation are M-F 8:30 A.M. to 4:30PM
How long does it take to clean a home? Generally a two person team can clean a typical home in 1 to 3 hrs
My oven and fridge need some serious attention, do you clean these appliances as well? Yes. Although we use gloves, we don't like to be handling all your food items right after cleaning so the fridge service is generally done before starting all other cleaning.
What areas of the lower mainland do you service? We typically provide services to the North Shore and Vancouver.
Do you offer your clients discounts? We are fairly competitive when it comes to our rates and services offered. We do offer a 10% discount to clients who have recommended us to friends or family. If your friend or family hires us for a job, we will reduce your bill by 10% on your next cleaning. We also offer 10% discount to seniors.
Are you child friendly and pet friendly? Yes. We know your environment and your family is important to you and we will take precautions before and during the whole cleaning process.
My blinds attract so much dust how can I stop this from happening? Give us a try just once and we will be happy to share some of our tricks.
Previous cleaners have left behind small particles after wiping my tables and furniture. How can this be avoided? We use special high quality cloths that won't leave bits behind on your nice table and other surfaces.
I have allergies to chemicals and deodorizers and dust etc. How do you deal with that? We don't like the idea of misting a wack of chemicals into the air just to make it smell nice. Probably the best thing for you would be no scents at all or at least limited to something you like that is natural and hypoallergenic. Our cleaning products are natural and non-scented. For vacuuming we use "true" HEPA filtration in our high quality vacuums and never use just paper bag or cloth type vacuums. It doesn't make sense to suck up allergens and then exhaust them right out of the vacuum again.
